All communication in the body depends on biophoton energy. The more biophotons the better the communication in the body and the better our body works. Our DNA replicates better and our cells replicate better which allows us to look younger, feel younger and fight off disease. Dr. Fritz Popp who founded the International Institute of Biophysics in Germany said living foods expand the living field and offer the highest level of biophoton energy. Dr. Popp actually developed a machine to measure biophoton energy. why fasting is becoming mainstream in the health and fitness industry due to its massive positive health benefits. So how does calorie restriction tie into living foods and raising our bodies vibrational frequency so we can have abundant energy and vitality our entire life? To make the connection we must also look at the work done at the Max Planck Institute for Nutritional Research in Germany. They discovered that when we cook our food we lose 50% protein (amino acids), 60-70%minerals and vita- mins and 95-100% phytonutrients. This is very exciting because if we eat living foods we are already doing a natu- ral caloric restriction due to the fact that we would have to eat at least 50% more cooked food just to receive the same nutrients. When I was educated on the power of adding living foods into my life I was at first taken back due to my social programming. All I could think about was “They are taking away all the delicious food I like” and “What am I supposed to do… eat like a rabbit the rest of my life?” The reality was that my health was terrible, I was setting a bad example for my children and most likely I would get cancer, diabetes or have a heart attack like everyone else and be on a bunch of pharmaceutical drugs with a bunch of nasty side effects the rest of my life. Lucky for me I had a bigger purpose attending Hippocrates. I was there to support a friend that I thought was going to die. Also, I didn't have a car at the institute to escape and grab some pizza. Haha! When Charles and I returned home we never looked back and here we are 11 years later and both of us are the healthiest we have ever been. Charles beat cancer without chemo, surgery, or radiation and I healed myself completely. Being healthy is not complicated… It's simple. All we have to do is detox out all the junk in our bodies and raise our vibra- tional frequency by flooding the body with living foods that charge our cells with electrons… nature will do the rest!
